Role and Responsibilities of the Project Department
Our project department meticulously plans and designs the pre-production processes for each sheet metal part in accordance with customer requests, technical drawings, and product specifications. The primary objective of our department is to ensure high quality standards and provide sustainable production solutions by managing production processes in the most efficient manner.
In this context, our project department:
- Designs fixtures, tools, and molds to be used in the production process,
- Optimizes production steps to increase time and cost efficiency,
- Minimizes waste by controlling raw material usage,
- Minimizes risks by analyzing potential disruptions in the process in advance,
- Defines and monitors standards to ensure product quality.
Thanks to our project department’s systematic and solution-oriented approach, production processes are more sustainable, costs are more predictable, and the final product quality is delivered at a higher level.
